There are no refunds, returns, or exchanges on any digital products. Digital products include but are not limited to online courses, exam vouchers, and products that include courses and/or vouchers.
Exams are scheduled based upon availability. PWC Training assumes no fault in cases of delay or loss due to acts of nature or technical difficulties by PWC Training or third party providers. If an exam needs to be rescheduled, the request must be made by phone or email no less than two business days prior to the exam. Any No-Show appointments will be subject to a No-Show Rescheduling Fee no less than the exam’s proctor fee.
There are no refunds on training classes that include a digital or physical product. Classes can be rescheduled for no rescheduling fee within 12 hours of scheduling or up to 5 business days before the first class session. If a student would like to reschedule less than 5 business days before the first training class, a rescheduling of no less than $20.00 or 20% of the class price shall be charged, up to $200.00.
